1.Finance Associate - Based in Kolkata, The role includes assisting in budget preparation, processing requisitions, managing accounts, reconciling retail sales, analyzing data, handling audits and compliance, payroll, journal entries, and tax returns; requires a finance degree, 2+ years’ experience, proficiency in Tally Prime, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
2.Head of Buying - Based in Kolkata, this role oversees supply portfolio management, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, vendor relations, and risk mitigation. Ideal candidates have a supply chain degree, proven sourcing experience, strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills, with a goal-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
3.Content Writer - Based out of Kolkata. Manage and update Nestasia's website by creating detailed product descriptions, verifying design accuracy, uploading products, conducting content audits, writing SEO-friendly web copy, and producing weekly blogs, while staying updated on industry trends and coordinating with the team. The candidate should have at least one year of experience, strong English skills, an interest in decor, and attention to detail.
4.Data Analyst - Based in Kolkata, candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.
5.Influencer Marketing Manager - Based out of Kolkata. The responsibilities will be to identify new partnership opportunities, develop relationships with prominent influencers, and brainstorm creative and engaging content ideas for influencer campaigns targeting different social media platforms. It will also include responsibilities like monitoring and managing brand value in the assigned space.
6.Brand Manager - Based out of Kolkata. Brand Manager will be the one who will have the end-to-end responsibility of analyzing our brand positioning, own the brand campaigns, plan & execute 360- marketing campaigns for Nestasia and gather consumer insights in order to shape and communicate our vision and mission and translate brand elements into strategies.
7.Sr Merchandiser - Based out of Kolkata. We are looking for senior merchandisers who will help expand Nestasia's product manufacturing and sourcing network. Nestasia currently works with over 120 manufacturing units and has a portfolio of 7500+ SKUs. The aim is to take this to 100,000+ SKUs by this year.
