Thanks for being a part of the Nestasia family! In case you are facing an issue and need to return your Nestasia products, here is our policy on returns:

  1. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  2. Food serving products are not eligible for returns due to safety reasons.
  3. For products made of natural materials like marble, wood, stone etc. variations in colour, texture and veining is possible and is not considered a defect. Such products are not eligible for returns on these grounds. The same applies to handmade products. 
  4. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. 
  5. Nestasia uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We however extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. 
  6. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. In such a case, we request the customer to pay us shipping and transaction costs
  7. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
  8. The Nestasia Care team must receive and approve your return request by email. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the products to our warehouse location in Kolkata, West Bengal.
  9. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  11. There are 2 options for returning products once approved. If the return shipping is done by Nestasia's shipping provider, we will provide a quote based on actual rates. If you would like to use your own shipping provider, you can proceed with that as well.
  12. Once returns are received by us and clear quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. A re-stocking fee will be applicable at the following rates per product:

          For Products worth < ₹1000, re-stocking fee = ₹90 per product
          For Products worth ₹1000-₹4000, re-stocking fee = ₹200 per product
          For Products worth > ₹4000, re-stocking fee = ₹250 per product

All returns are subject to the discretion of Nestasia but rest assured, we want the Best for your Nest!
