We are headquartered in Kolkata and our warehouse is located in both Kolkata and Noida. We have physical stores in Kolkata, Bengaluru, Delhi and Hyderabad.

As soon as your order has been placed, an email as well as a Whatsapp notification with the details of your order will be sent to you. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email/message.

Yes, you can do so either by contacting us through email or on our WhatsApp helpline number provided in the “Contact us” section on our website.
7. Can I see the products before I buy them?
a. It is not possible to share samples of our collection with you. However, we can share real-time images if required on a case-to-case basis.
b. We are committed to providing premium quality products to our customers. Once you receive your order, you are simply going to love our range for its supreme quality and finish. You can also cross-check reviews for the concerned product on the respective product page on our website before placing an order.
8. What is the origin of the product? Which country?
We manufacture and curate unique home décor products from across South East Asia. We also have our own manufacturing unit in Kolkata where 200+ karigars strive to make the best quality products for our customers.

1. What do I do if I get a damaged/ defective or incorrect product?

c. For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color, and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
d. We ship several thousand parcels a day and incorrect products, missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In such a case, please reach out to our team via email/WhatsApp as soon as possible and take a video before opening your box. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the Nestasia team within 24 hours of receiving the successful delivery email/SMS.

c. The return will be processed without any charges. d. We reserve the right to deny a return or to charge for the return if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account within a short timeframe.

You can use the Gift Card to buy any product available on www.nestasia.in. However, you cannot combine any other discount code along with the Nestasia Gift card code on the same order.

All Gift cards have a one-year validity period. Any unused funds in an expired gift card cannot be claimed later.
8. Can I redeem my Gift card partially?
Yes, you can. Once you use it partially, you will get an email confirming your card balance amount but the validity period will remain one year from the date of receipt of the original gift card.
9. Can I redeem my Gift Card for cash?
No, you cannot redeem your Gift Card for cash. It can only be used to purchase products listed on www.nestasia.in
10. Is shipping added when I purchase a gift card?
Yes, it is treated as an order item and shipping charges are included in the same way as other products on our website.
