1. Cinnamon Caramel Cold Brew

Ingredients:

- Caramel Sauce

- Cinnamon Powder

- Vanilla Essence

- Heavy Cream

- Ice Cubes

- Cold Brew

Method:

1. Prepare a glass to serve your Cinnamon Caramel Cold Brew.

2. Start by adding a generous drizzle of caramel sauce to the bottom of a glass.


3. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder over the caramel sauce for a delightful hint of warmth and spice.


4. Add a few drops of vanilla essence to enhance the flavour of the drink.

5. Add a splash of heavy cream to give your drink a creamy and indulgent texture. Feel free to adjust the amount of cream based on your preference.

Method:

1. In a tall glass tumbler, pour the desired amount of condensed milk. The amount can vary depending on your preferred level of sweetness. Typically, 2-3 tablespoons are used for a balanced flavour.


2. Gently pour the cold brew coffee over the condensed milk. Mix the coffee and the condensed milk with a frother. You should still be able to see different layers due to the varying consistency.


3. Add ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.

4. If desired, pour a small amount of milk into the glass to add creaminess to the drink. This step is optional and can be skipped if you prefer a stronger coffee flavour.


5. Stir the contents of the glass well to ensure the condensed milk is fully incorporated with the coffee and other ingredients.

2. Pour hot water (about 1/4 cup) over the mixture and mix well with a frother until the coffee is dissolved. 


3. Pour the mixture into a taller glass tumbler and add some ice cubes. Leave some space at the top.


4. Top the drink up with some pasteurized milk to make the consistency creamier.

Flavourful Granita Treats

4. Watermelon & Orange Granita

Ingredients:

- 1/4 watermelon

- 1/2 orange

- 1 lemon, juiced

- 100ml sugar syrup


Method:

1. Cut the watermelon into small chunks, removing the seeds and rind.

2. Take some orange slices and keep them with the watermelon pieces. Remove any seeds.


3. Pour lemon juice over the fruit slices.


4. Place the fruits in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

5. Stir well to ensure the flavours are evenly distributed. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding some of the sugar syrup if desired.

6. Choose a shallow baking dish that can easily fit in your freezer. Pour the watermelon and orange mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.


7. Place the dish in the freezer and let it freeze. Take a fork and scrape the frozen edges into the centre. Repeat this process until the mixture has turned into icy crystals.

- 5 Cardamom Pods

- 1 tbsp Gulkand

Method: 

1. Take a paan leaf and wash it thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.

2. Finely chop the paan leaf into small pieces and place them in a shallow ceramic dish. Add chopped cherry, cardamom pods, gulkand, and sugar syrup.


3. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and well-combined mixture. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add a small amount of water to adjust the consistency.

4. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or flavourings if needed. You can add more gulkand or sugar syrup according to your taste preference.

5. Once the mixture is well blended and adjusted to your liking, pour it into a shallow container or a baking dish.


6. Place the dish in the freezer and let it freeze.

7. Remove the container from the freezer and use a fork to scrape the frozen mixture until the entire mixture has turned into icy flakes.


8. Once the desired granita consistency is achieved, scoop the Paan Granita into serving bowls.


9. Garnish with additional cherry pieces if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and flavourful Paan Granita!

6. Lime & Mint Granita

Ingredients:

- 200ml Pineapple Juice

- 1 Lemon Juice

- 1 tbsp Honey

- 10 Mint Leaves

- 1 Lemon Zest

Method:

1. In a shallow baking dish, combine the pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to ensure the honey is fully dissolved.


2. Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the juice mixture.

3. Grate the zest of one lemon into the bowl and stir to incorporate the citrusy flavor.


4. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lemon juice as desired.

5. Once the mixture is well combined and balanced to your liking, put the baking dish in the freezer.

6. Remove the container from the freezer and use a fork to scrape the frozen mixture. Repeat the scraping process until the entire mixture has turned into icy flakes.
