Ingredients:


- Black Grapes- 8 pieces

- Lemon Slices

- Mint leaves

- Sugar Syrup- 30ml

- Crushed Ice

- Soda Water- 150ml


Method: 

a) In a glass, add a handful of black grapes, a few sprigs of fresh mint leaves, and a tablespoon of sugar syrup.

b) Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently crush and mix the ingredients together until the grapes are well-macerated and the mint leaves release their aroma.


c) Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the glass and stir well.

d) Fill the glass with crushed ice, leaving some space at the top.

e) Top up the glass with soda water, and stir again to combine all the flavours.


f) Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint leaves and a few halved grapes on top, and serve your homemade grape mojito chilled and enjoy!


2. Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ingredients:

- Pineapple Juice- 20ml

- Orange Juice- 20ml

- Sugar- 1.5 tsp

- Lemons

- Ice Cubes

- Soda Water- 100ml

- Hibiscus Tea- 30ml


Method:

a) In a glass, mix 20ml of pineapple juice, 20ml of orange juice, 1-2 teaspoons of sugar (or to taste), and the juice of half a lemon. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

b) Add a handful of ice cubes to the glass. This will help keep the drink cold and refreshing.


c) Pour in about 100ml of soda water. This will add a little fizz and extra refreshment to the drink.


d) Finally, pour in 30ml of hibiscus tea. You can make the tea by steeping 1-2 hibiscus tea bags in 1 cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature before adding it to the glass.


e) Stir the ingredients together one final time to combine everything. Serve and enjoy your delicious and refreshing hibiscus iced tea!


3. Mango Shikanji


Mango Shikanji is a refreshing summer drink that is not only delicious but also has several health benefits. Shikanji is a traditional Indian drink made with lemon juice, water, sugar, and spices. - Black Salt- 1/2tsp

- Black Pepper- 1/2tsp

- Roasted Cumin- 1/2tsp

- Chaat Masala- 1tsp

- Mangoes- 1/2no.

- Shikanji Masala- 1tsp

- Sugar- 1tbsp

- Mint Leaves

- Lemon Wedges

- Ice Cubes

- Water- 100ml 

Method:

a) In a small bowl, mix together shikanji, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, and 1 teaspoon of chaat masala. Set the spice mix aside.


b) In a glass, add 1/2 cup of diced ripe mango, 1 teaspoon of the spice mix, the juice of half a lemon, 1 teaspoons of sugar (or to taste), and a few fresh mint leaves.

c) Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to mash and mix everything together well.

d) Add a handful of ice cubes to the glass.

e) Pour in 1 cup of water and stir everything together well to combine.


f) Pour the Mango Shikanji into a serving glass, garnish with some fresh mint and serve chilled.
