Cupcake preparation
Ingredients required:
100gms of powdered sugar
90gms of butter
2 eggs
1/4th tsp of vanilla essence
100gms of multi-purpose flour
1/4th tsp of baking powder
1/8th tsp of baking soda
1/4th tsp of salt

Hand/Electric whisk
Oven
Cupcake moulds
Method:
For preparing 9 pieces of cupcakes, take 100gms of powdered sugar and start beating 90gms of butter using a hand or an electric whisk. Add 2 eggs and 1/4th tsp of vanilla essence, whisk it all along and start adding multi-purpose flour(100gms) slowly. Now add 1/4th tsp of baking powder and 1/8th tsp of baking soda. Finally add 1/4th tsp of salt and whisk it all together.
Pour the batter in cupcake moulds while your oven preheats at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Put the molds inside the oven and bake them for 15 minutes. Take them out, let them cool and demould them after 30 minutes.
Voila! Your cupcakes are ready. Now let’s get started with the decoration ideas.
Santa Claus Hat Cupcake
For a Santa Claus hat cupcake, fill your star-tip nozzle with some white icing and pour some over your cupcake.
Slice a strawberry and place it over the icing, upside down.
Put some more icing on the pointed end of the strawberry, and it will start looking exactly like a Santa Claus hat.
